Reuben Smith brings nearly three decades of frontline and executive-level security experience to his role as VP of Client Services. Since joining Paragon in 2008, Reuben has been central to scaling the company’s residential division and reinforcing its reputation for quality, consistency, and client satisfaction.
Reuben’s ability to build and lead successful teams has made him a go-to leader for long-term account management and strategic growth. He developed and implemented Paragon’s customer satisfaction program, placing strong emphasis on trust, responsiveness, and relationship management.
Reuben holds a Mini-MBA from the Schulich School of Business and is a proud holder of Advanced CPTED Certification, allowing him to integrate crime prevention principles into Paragon’s operational strategies and site designs.
As a mentor, Reuben is passionate about coaching others and creating opportunities for career advancement within Paragon. He believes that client service starts with investing in people—and he models that belief every day.
