Covell oversees client retention initiatives, leadership development programs, internal culture building, and strategic organizational growth. He’s known for his calm, decisive approach and ability to guide change in complex environments while keeping people and performance at the centre.
A graduate of Sheridan College’s Law Enforcement program, Covell also earned a Mini-MBA from the Schulich School of Business. His Advanced CPTED Certification further enhances his ability to support safe, functional, and community-oriented environments for Paragon clients across sectors. Covell is also an active member of ASIS International and serves on numerous boards and associations, contributing his expertise to advance industry standards and best practices.
