Larry Scolaro is a 30-year veteran of the security industry with a reputation for building exceptional teams and delivering client satisfaction across both residential and commercial portfolios. Since joining Paragon in 2012, Larry has played a key role in program development, training, and the implementation of client-focused service models.
With a background in planning, leadership, and personnel evaluation, Larry brings consistency, structure, and responsiveness to every partnership. His work is grounded in discipline, clear priorities, and a deep understanding of the evolving needs of property managers and building operators.
Larry studied Law and Society at York University and has completed business and leadership courses at McMaster and Schulich School of Business. He holds Advanced CPTED Certification, which enables him to integrate crime prevention and risk mitigation strategies into every client engagement. He is also an active member of ASIS International.
