- Completion of Humber PSI program
- Security Guard Licence
- First Aid CPR Level C
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Open availability for all shifts
- Reliable transportation within region of hire
Onboarding Process
- Initial interview and application, 1 to 2 hours
- Site specific interview if required
- Orientation, online and in person, 2 to 3 days
- Site training, 16 to 48 hours
- Typical timeline of 1 to 2 weeks from start to deployment

Basic Security Training
