Since joining in 2016, Ana has guided the HR team in hiring, onboarding, and supporting more than 3,000 employees annually. Her ability to scale processes without losing the personal touch is part of what sets Paragon apart.
With more than 15 years of corporate HR experience, Ana brings a strategic perspective to organizational development, workforce planning, and culture building. She is known for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to link people strategies directly to company performance.
Ana holds a CHRP designation and was recognized by CSPN Women in Leadership with the Employee Experience Leader Award in 2020. She also holds Advanced CPTED Certification, underscoring her commitment to creating safer, more responsive workplaces from hiring to deployment.
