Hamed Fallahnia is a technology leader who brings innovation, reliability, and security to every level of Paragon’s IT infrastructure. He joined Paragon in 2011, following a career that included advanced IT roles in both the military and medical fields.
Since transitioning into the security industry in 2005, Hamed has consistently pushed boundaries—developing proprietary systems that empower guards in the field and increase operational visibility. One of his most significant achievements is the creation of Paragon’s Private Data Centre, which includes real-time replication, automatic failover clustering, and a full disaster recovery plan.
In 2018, Hamed received the International Innovation & Excellence Award for his ground-breaking work. He also holds Advanced CPTED Certification, applying that knowledge to optimize data systems and physical space planning with an eye on both security and resiliency.
