As part of their Oct 6 International CX Day celebrations, Kevin Sanjari, President of Paragon Security is extremely pleased to announce 2 special awards for 2 very special employees.

Don Woods, Concierge was given the Customer Service Excellence Award for providing outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to create an excellent customer experience at Richmond Adelaide Centre.

Donahue Rowe, Security Director was given the Security Leadership Award for providing outstanding security leadership and going above and beyond to create an excellent and secure experience at Richmond Adelaide Centre.
