International CX Day 2020 is Oct 6, 2020. I look forward to this day when I celebrate our Customer Experience (CX) leadership with my fellow Paragonians. In the interim, I am taking this opportunity to think about how we will celebrate CX Day and reflect on what has been accomplished this past year, and where we are headed in the future.

One year ago, we made a great decision to work with Roger Pugsley, a leading CX practitioner who has many years of award-winning experience with a property management organization we respect. I’m glad we did it! Paragon and Roger have formed a great partnership that has given us a CX leadership position resulting in a dramatic and positive impact on our business, staff, and clients.

In the weeks leading up to Oct 6, I will share insights into what we have been working on together. It has been a great journey and I look forward to Paragonians and other CX practitioners joining me in celebrating what has been accomplished.

It starts with the 4 Paragon Pillars. They are Paragon’s DNA. They guide every decision we make. They are our brand promise to our customers. They focus on 4 key strategic areas: Client Relationships, Employee Success, Service Excellence, and Innovation. Every organization must look inward, uncover their values, and build their own brand promises. The alignment between values and promises is imperative to CX success.

Next week, I will share details of our internal Dialogue Series as a way of engaging employees in our CX journey and involving them in discussions on the future of CX at Paragon.
