Data Deletion Instructions

If you have used our KAIZEN application and your account in our system is connected to one of you social media accounts, and you would like to remove your account from our system, please follow these instructions:

  • If you used your Facebook account:
      1. Go to “account settings.”
      2. Click “apps” on the left-hand sidebar.
      3. Click the “X” on the right of each app to revoke access to your data.
      4. Confirm “remove” when the window prompts you to do so.
      5. You can also disable Facebook’s “platform” feature, which stops Facebook from integrating with games and other apps for login purposes in the future.
  • If you used your Google account: Check this page from Google and follow the instructions to remove our app from your account.
  • If you used your Twitter account: Instructions from Twitter to manage or remove permissions on your account is available here.
  • If you used your Microsoft Live account: Go to Manage Consent page of you Microsoft account and remove our application from your third party apps that have access to your account.
  • Finally, if you have used your LinkedIn account: Instructions are available in LinkedIn.

Your credentials are stored and managed by one of the third party providers mentioned above. We do not keep your credentials in any share or form. Our system will only keep your basic information, such as first name, last name and email address.

If you work in Paragon Security, your account must remain active. If you no longer work in Paragon, after removing our app from your Social Media account, please contact us at it@pplguard.com and request a full cleanup of your records from our system.
